At Miss Match, we want you to love every piece you wear, but we understand that sometimes things don't fit perfectly. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
